Eric HogueEric Hogue is a 28-year radio professional. Hogue started his career in Northeastern Ohio, working the markets of Cleveland, Akron and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on television and radio, handling talk radio and sports play-by-play. Hogue moved to Sacramento, California in 2000 and is nationally known for his launching of the historic Gray Davis Recall in 2003. In 2004, Hogue received the Andy Anderson Award as Salem Communications' "Talk Host of the Year". He regularly fills in for the likes of Hugh Hewitt, Michael Medved, Dennis Prager and Roger Hedgecock. In 2007 Hogue made a brief attempt to run for State Assembly, bowing out of the race to return to 1380 KTKZ and his 10-year tenured microphone covering the Capitol of California. Eric is contemporary, relevant and uniquely conservative, and the most politically connected talk show in Sacramento.
